I'm developing language packs to download and install in your phone keyboard. The keyboard app I use is GBoard, which is standard on many Androids and can be installed on iPhone.
This could allow you to type "hiswke" and it will suggest "HÍSW̱ḴE" in the autocorrect bar above the keyboard. It can also be set up to replace "thanks" with "HÍSW̱ḴE".
Swipe typing automatically corrects to the SENĆOŦEN word without prompting, but different settings can be applied if you swipe typing often.
This is an example of how the autocorrect could work.
Download one of the zipped word packs onto your device.
Open GBoard then go to Dictionary > Personal dictionary > English [or your selected language]
At the top, click the triple dots "⋮" and click Import
Find the file you downloaded onto your device and select it to install.
The set of words you installed are now ready to use.
